Alysia has been practicing family law exclusively for more than two decades, including at a preeminent family law litigation firm in Beverly Hills for many years. Before that, she worked at and with other Westside boutique family law firms and was a law clerk to six family law departments of the Los Angeles Superior Court. Alysia also completed the seven-day ABA/National Institute of Trial Advocacy’s Family Law Advocacy Institute intensive training program in Boulder, Colorado.
Alysia works closely with her clients regarding their dissolutions, custody and support matters, post-judgment issues, and remarital/postmarital/cohabitation agreements. She concentrates on understanding her clients’ situations, goals, needs, and desires when assessing each step of client matters. She communicates openly with clients so that they understand their rights, risks, and responsibilities and are able to weigh them when strategizing and making key decisions. Her clients include high net worth individuals with complex financial issues, parties in high conflict cases involving financial and/or custody issues, and parties mediating or otherwise working to successfully resolve high-stakes issues in litigation or otherwise.
Outside of the office, Alysia enjoys hiking and visiting National Parks with her family. She is also a member of the WLALA Golf League.
